Always cool to find pro sounding LMMS producers. Your track is superb, especially considering you used mostly LMMS Synths. Only critique I can give is that the some of the drum samples don't sound quite right. Maybe apply some EQ or choose different samples.
Jack works fine for me in LMMS. I use it to pipe MIDI and audio all the time.
Alternatively, you can copy to your VST path. Either way should have the same "effect." (pun intended)
As an idea, you could show that your track was uploaded to the LSP on it's tagged date, before whomever you're suing began distributing their rip-off.
