Ability to draw notes in one continuous sweep of the mouse.
When mouse is held down, notes are being drawn automatically.

You do know that you can grab the end of any note ad drag it to any length? That is almost the same

Besides that, since you are new in Forum

I'm thinking on something like this.

When you draw a imaginable curve on the screen with the mouse, notes are rendered in LMMS space on that curve in one sweep of the mouse.

Haeh.. :^]
Would you believe it.....
It can already be done!
  • Set Q to 1/192 i the piano-roll you want to use
    Open the instrument UI
    Press note-record in the piano-roll
press and hold your mouse and move the mouse up and down over the UI-keyboard while pressed
Every note you touch is captured in a continuous sequence of notes. The note-length depends on how fast you move the mouse
I did that but it is not recorded in continuous notes. What am I doing wrong?

not recorded in continuous notes.
"continuous note"
I think you mean like slide in frequency?
So everything is one long raise and fall of the 'pitch' ?
Perhaps you are trying to remake BeachBoys Good-Vibrations?

Is that the sound you are looking for?

To do that like i suggested, then That need portamento -But the sound is not made like that. This is the sound of an extremely strange instrument -a Theremin
you can google it
There are VST-versions, but have you tried to use one single long note, and then manipulate PITCH? That could be an alternative

For The portamento way you can use zasfx or LB303 Both has portamento 'slide-notes' -so does most VSTs
