Not supported, you will need to know your notes of the scales and imput them directly on piano roll. There is some major/minor option on the editor but I never use that one.

It is not correct that lmms does not have a feature for this.
A cleft with general changes of the scale can be emulated perfectly.
First you state scale and key
Then in the scale selector (default no-scale)
Find that scale and select it
On the piano: right-Click on the key, and select mark-current-scale
Now you have the correct normal notes in that key scale highlighted!
Now you need to change that scale, so it fit your cleft
For that you take the first note that due to the Cleft, does NOT belong in your song
Right-click it, and select: mark/unmark-all-corresponding-semitones
Because these semitones already are marked as being in-scale-notes, they will now be unmarked!
But now you need to ADD the notes that is not in default-scale, and again that is done with
Right-click it, and select: mark/unmark-all-corresponding-semitones
Because these semitones are UNmarked as being in-scale-notes, they will now be marked as scale-notes!
When you have done this for each of your 3 sharp-notes (cleft-#), you have the correct cleft-scale marked for your project.

Currently LMMS does ..not preserve scale-settings in your project file, so you have to go through this every time you open a project with scale-changes :|
Next rel. will propl. have scale info saved
