how can i remove the randomation on the pitch on the simple chimes preset??!?! (zyn>collection>simple chimes)

Every press of one key creates exact same note and not quality, in respect to timbre and vibration, if your do not, you must have changed it, or are you referring to detune?
Im afraid i dont under stand what "randomation" you refer to
Can you explain?
