Don't Do It

Anything that doesn't fit into other topics goes here!
Idk if anyone needs this.

But life is a rollercoaster. It goes up and down. Sometimes we forget that we'll be up eventually if we go down. Sometimes our emotions become too strong to handle. In times like those, it's important to let your emotions go by talking to someone. Let your decisions be ones that are thoughtful rather than abrupt.
I hear what you are saying.

I was told many years ago a very useful bit of information.

As humans, we will feel different emotions at different times.

Happiness, Sadness, Anger, Ecstasy.........etc

A person should never try to hide or pretend they are not sad when they are, because if you bury it and pretend it is not happening, it starts to get worse in your mind.

If your sad, you need to express that sadness by talking to someone, if your angry, you need to find an outlet for your anger.
