Wine9 does not work yet i use also LMMS 1.2.2 from archlinux. i also tested appimage from LMMS website. i add the vst folder in LMMS settings, then open VeSTige and open.dll file and nothing happens. same .dll file opens without problems in other daw with wine. A previous wine and LMMSAppImage work...

I just looked at what wine version I am using and it says: 9.0-10.3

The last part of the number is probably opensuse related.

LMMS version: 1.3.0.alpha.1-2.49

anyone knows if lmms has a bug with vst plugins?
i use lmms on archlinux and when i add my vst folder and try to open a .dll file nothing happens.
wine is installed.
with other daws the vst plugins are working.
