You need to ask the fedora jam people that question. Were is LMMS?

You can however try to download the apllmage version.

https://lmms.io/download#linux

Download the file, set rights so it can execute.
Then start LMMS by double clicking the file.
What made things a lot easier for me, was to use a music production repository.

If your on Ubuntu have a look here:
https://kx.studio/Repositories

For openSUSE which I use:
https://geekosdaw.tuxfamily.org/en/

I know Fedora has something like this too, but I do not know a link.
You could try to ask here if you have issues with LMMS on Ubuntu.

Have you tried, just double clicking the applmage file, after you did ch mod?
I asked on the LInux musician forum if somebody can help. (fingers crossed)
I cant find that dot file. on my Linux. What I did find is a folder called Debian. In it it says: usr/share/applications usr/share/bash-completion usr/share/icons usr/share/lmms/[a-o]* usr/share/lmms/presets/[A-Y]* usr/share/lmms/projects/demos/Alf42red-* usr/share/lmms/projects/demos/CapDan usr/sha...
With an Applemage file, the libs are in the Applemage file.

Thats why it runs on about every Linux distro.

I am on opensuse, so need to be carefull.
But Kx repositires might help ?

What operating system are you using?

I on Linux could do a rollback (btrfs), but as far as I know windows does not have such a feature.
I know its not the Linux way, but listen to musikbear. https://lmms.io/download#linux I am a Linux user, and don't get why most distro fuck this (lmms) up. Download the file, change the rights so it becomes executable. Then start LMMS by double clicking the file. Another solution would be: https://f...
I am on pipewire, and have to admit I am happy with it.

Most stuff just works, but am using a special repository for openSUSE these days.

Geekos Daw.

It does some audio fine tuning stuff, and has a fully working LMMS.

Also am using a focustite solo, which was kinda plug and play. 8-)
