Hi @Bira, unfortunately I don't know very much about Jack on Windows. On Linux I would use Catia patchbay (http://kxstudio.sourceforge.net/Applications:Catia) that provides a MIDI Bridge, there's a windows version of this software but I don't know if it recognizes windows MIDI. If I am not mistaken ...
