Yes, it would appear so. I have no idea why anyone would do that, though.
What I meant to say, is that it still plays sound normally. It's still mostly usable, but I do need the settings to work.

It seems a lot of Windows users have been having problems with the settings after the latest update. Is it possible that there's some incompatibility somewhere?
DSK VST plugins seem to have trouble on Windows systems. I can almost never load them, or if I can it takes way too long. And when they do manage to load, they run incredibly slowly and cause "Program not responding" issues. I assume it has something to do with the way Windows manages its ...

Maybe have a version of LMMS modified for mobile devices with links to the website included?

I agree with caLRo. LMMS on a mobile platform is an excellent idea, but it shouldn't have too strong of a social aspect. I think links to the website would work fine in place of that.

An extra note, when I move .lmmsrc.xml back to the username directory (I mistyped when I said it was in the pcName directory), LMMS opens normally again, though still without access to settings. That p...
My mistake, I am currently running Windows 7 64-bit. I found .lmmsrc.xml in C:\Users\<pcName>. I created a folder in that directory and named it "tt", and now LMMS won't even open before crashing (same error report, just on startup instead of when I access the settings). I'm assuming the p...
"Sample Track" works fine for me. I'm not sure why it wouldn't work. Maybe the file you're trying to import is a bit too large? The problem with using the Audio File Processor is that it treats the backing track as a single sample. So to play it in its entirety, you have to add a note at t...
