What is its shape?

What purpose does each note serve?

before all, why were the music came to be about?
i see..then in small steps...

How does chord relate to every melodies?

maybe this is not the right place to ask this but...

how do i put chords into the melody?
how small are the steps are we talking about for each "lines"
Okay i get abit but even those are too abstract. I already use mostly jazz scales to play variety of music. And i guess i feel i can play any sad or happy music in just a scale. how does a music come to be? Is it the lyric first... or the message Or the mood? The tempo and the contrast of each notes...
