The antivirus was Comodo Internet Security

I do have a legit Windows 10,
I tried installing LMMS onto a hard drive and ran it through the USB, and still, all the same, issues present themselves.
So I guess that confirms the windows on this computer is blocking something.

Once I do as you said, I open the VST-instrument through the green folder, my cursor indicates that something is loading, but after about 5 seconds, the loading finishes and I am left with the same blank canvas of Vestige with "No VST-Plugin Loaded".
