It has had it since 0.4.13, but it has been glitchy until 0.4.14...
To use it, click the options button below the open VST button in VeSTige, and it'll show you knobs for everything in your instrument...

I'm not sure if this will help, but if you haven't already done so, put the VSTis on different FX tracks (you can do this by opening the vestige window then changing that number at the top to something other than 0, so you can adjust its volume with the FX rack)
