I want to make a 5 min song, is it just a matter of extending the horizontal playline, filling it up to where the measures will number in the 100's?

Is there some sort of consolidation method?

Also, is it possible to align the measure numbers within a track so they align with the overall song?

Just starting out here, getting to know the sounds in My Samples, specifically 'basses/techno_synth_01

The duration of the note seems fixed within the Piano Roll editor. I can't make the notes longer.

Do I need to look for a different sample, or can I edit it in the General Settings.
