I personally have found that attempting to learn too many concepts, often tends to end with me overusing them, overmixing, and overall just weakening a track rather than making it stronger. I am still trying to get over this. I'd recommend trying to remix the tune of tracks you like, and slowly gett...
The higher notes, the ones you just shortened, select all of them (using the selection tool, or Ctrl-drag mouse over region). Reduce all of their volume slightly. Reduce the length some more, too. And if it still sounds different bring them down an octave (Ctrl- Down Arrow), maybe bring the lower on...
Cool! I'd love to hear the racks in the fangame if you make one. I don't use FL myself, so I'mjust using my ears for reference here. Try shortening every second note, and maybe transposing everything an octave down. Me personally, I'm not experienced enough to hear compression, and I do not understa...
Reduce the note length of every second note to half or one-fourth of its current size, or more, until it starts sounding about right. Transpose it an octave down (Ctrl-DownArrow) and see if that helps, too, but reduce the note length of the off-beat notes first. If the sound itself is still differen...
Perchance are you using any external echo/delay VST effects for this section?
Wouldn't recommend turning option off. Completely breaks echo etc, see: https://github.com/LMMS/lmms/issues/6326
You're looking for a Vocoder, which is available in stock FX.
However, one vocoder alone may not do the trick. Try multiple in a chain, possibly combined with an autotuner and pitch-shifter (pitch-shift it down a few).
How does trying to fix it work with VST No Embedding?
Check out https://plugins4free.com/ where there are LOADS of free plugins. I love the site, and you could find things other than samplers (like synthesizers) to use. Me, uh, I haven't tried it much myself, but there's Viena the soundfont editor. On http://www.synthfont.com/Downloads.html if you scro...
The purpose of sample track is a single track. If you have a two-minute long track nobody's gonna use AFP and stretch out a note a few hundred bars long, change its length each time you change tempo, etc. The purposes themselves are completely different. What do you mean by Beat Slicer? I've never h...
