I found a workaround - ZynAddSub allows you to move which key is the center "A" key in the scale menu.
I'm trying to produce microtonal tracks using ZynAddSub, and a difficulty I've found is that the piano roll is of insufficient size to support the amount of octaves I need. When I divide an octave into 31 instead of 12, octaves become a lot wider on the keyboard, and I can only access like 3 octaves...
