The Christmas track is nice. But it sounded more like a suspense movie from the 90's. Suggestion: To make it sound bright and give it a more Christmassy Season sound, put in some nice Christmassy Bells , or Church bells , or Silver bells . And as musikbear said, Sleighbells . One simple good case of side chaining is, say for eg. You have a track called Popcorn . And you have a Synth melody. And a drum kick sound.
