uhh song-editor stacks are EVIL !! -and they will be prohibited in 'an' update. That is already in the make..
If anyone can make arguments for allowing song-editor blocks to overlap, then its high time to come forward, because that is about to be history ..

sorry, no At the moment LMMS has no sound-recording features at all. I recommend audacity http://web.audacityteam.org/ for audio-recording. Unfortunately, LMMS is feature-weak when it comes to using long samples. Sample-track plugin, is the 'weakest-link' in LMMS. See if you can manage with Audiofil...
