I haven't really got full control of import Midi yet. I can certainly do it, but can I import Midi at different points in the timeline? For example - and I have tried this - I have two versions of the same piece - with different instrumentation. I can import each individually, or import both. If I i...
Curious website that - BattleoftheBits, Obviously an example with embedded audio. Interesting!
As you say - maybe "chill" music. Really peaceful. Ending is quiet - that's good, but could fade out even more.

The opening is slightly abrupt - but that's OK because of the nature of the piece. Sonically it's fine.

An enjoyable 4 minutes worth.
What kind of help do you need?

Re your music - Track 8 - Machine sounds interesting, but only the right hand channel has any sound. If it's mono it'd be better split across both sides. If it's stereo, something got lost.
ability to put a section of music into a loop and then to dynamically change instruments. You can do that with all lmms presets/ instrument. First save your work! Set up loop and start replay bring that instrument up that you want to replace -it is now Active-instrument In side-browser find the pre...
I posted a query in Support recently about octave or other transpositions. In that query I also mentioned something which I discovered about LMMS which makes it very easy or useful for some applications. The particular feature which I found useful is the ability to put a section of music into a loop...
I did another search today, and found that this was requested as a feature as far back as 2014. https://lmms.io/forum/viewtopic.php?t=1274 I don't particularly want to do grave digging up old posts, but this is something which would be really useful. Quite by chance I'm currently working on a short ...
Actually one or two octave transpositions turns out to be quite easy by resetting the Base Note on the Soundfont instrument. It would be great if the range of transpositions could be greater. To get downwards transpositions the base note has to be moved upwards, and to get upward transpositions, the...
I just discovered a really great use for LMMS - I may post details later on. LMMS seems better for this than some other DAWs. What would also be of great interest is if tracks could be dynamically shifted up or down - perhaps by an octave or two either way. Obviously it's possible to do it given may...
LMMS contains a number of synthesisers and other tools, which often appear as a small panel if opened up. Similar features exist in other DAWs, such as Logic. The relative size of a panel, compared with the main display is often a problem. There are panels which open up in Logic which are far too bi...
