The question is: How do I add a plugin (a dll, for an example a TranceDrive) under "Instrument Plugins" panel on the left side of the program window (where you can find AudioFileProcessor, BitInvader, FreeBoy, etc.)? That is, I don't want to open VeSTige every time and load a dll, I want t...
OK, that is much closer to it. How did you do that? Can you upload a preset?
Thanks musikbear! Though it is still far off. I understand your idea: you added another triangle wave to get those high frequencies and boosted them with equalizer. I think the original sound uses a different trick. I tried lowpassing your preset, with no success. This ringtone is an enigma to me......
look at my first post, I've attached a preset (a link to it, that is). It sounds pretty similar, it's just missing something that I lack the words to describe... :) Kind of retro, lo-fi sound, or something.
I have the following problem: in a certain passage, there are a lot of instrument playing and especially one of them gets "overwritten" by the other. How can I fix this problem? I'd like that particular instrument to be heard. I'm not sure, but is "stereo widening" maybe a soluti...
Hm, equalizer didn't quite do it, or maybe I'm not that skilled with it (though it seems simple enough to manipulate). Any other ideas?
So, when can we expect the next version of LMMS?
Hi, I've been trying to recreate this ringtone sound in LMMS: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gh8J5rmeTcY and I can't quite get the last bit of the instrument. I came this close: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RSmjk8bOc-M I used a TripleOscillator, but actually using just one oscillator, a sine wav...
Hm, ok, I guess the record label thing is more interesting since they take care of all the stuff, as far as I understand (that is mastering, getting your music to the people who will buy it, promoting it, and all else that I don't even know about). Seems the easiest solution. Might be tricky to get ...
So, let's say I made a track with LMMS, now I want to sell it somehow. That is, make some money with it or at least figure out if it is commercially "interesting". How does one go about it? Does anyone have any experiences with it or any ideas where to start?
