Just given it a try and 4 Tune does the same for me with the VST .dll in my normal VST folder. @slipstick - do i understand you correctly? The breakdown would indicate that the dll cant be used by lmms -:/ -32x ASIO does work, but will course bsod if it crashes!!

Latency can be set on the 'General Setting Tab' in 'Settings'

Which of the dll-links did you follow. I believe there are several, and only some works ..somewhat works :/
If you are on windows, the SDL will give best stabillity.

No reason to apologize, it looks like there could be a bug here, so thanks for your report!
One thing i can tell you, is that Beat&bass-editor notes moved in piano-roll, will appear as if the do not exists in B&B-editor, but they will replay!
This is propl. fixed next release
