I'm trying to create a rap trap type of beat and I'm having difficulty figuring out what drums do I use as the bass beat. Do I need to download more sounds or are they already there and I'm just not looking hard enough? I looked in the drum synths folder but can't find anything solid enough. Can an...
I like those chords. And the 808 But the problem with the 808 is that it seemse to kind of cancel out other tracks. The pads that come in at 0:37 are nice. But is it me or do they have clipping once the note cuts out? The beat is a bit derpy, and I recommend adding a kick. Pretty nice track overall....
It's so chill. I just can't get enough of it.

It's a head bobber.
It's a great track, but it just sounds too much like the original.

Also, glad you're back :)

Yes ,my fault, I had in mind 44100. But i want change this not for project export, but for real time audio engine output.
Hmm, that may be possible with other DAWS, but not LMMS.
I'd have to agree with SP there. I used to mess with things like Chebzyev distortion but that left me no where. So my top recommendation is tube amp.

There are also a few distortion vst plugins that you can checkout, but again, you can still go a long way to stick with the LADSPA plugins of lmms.

Still have to listen to the two other tracks, I love Life In La Paz btw :)
A reverbed, eq'd, heavily edited Triple O saw with Tremolo.
Thx
