If it is a VIP (Variation in Production) of a song you yourself created (composed, produced, etc.) and it is not a previous BoL winning track, it is considered OK any the rules.
That's good news, that's good news! Good luck to all participants!
May i ask a question about what is acceptable or not,

The rules state that the entire song must be made in LMMS, if i use a plugin through Vestige that was not originally packed with LMMS will that disqualify my entry?

Does the song have to be made with LMMS 'out of the box' so to speak?

Using VSTs loaded into VeSTige is acceptable within the rules.
Is a song that you made and then remixed accordingly allowed?

Yes. That would be called a VIP, which is what Jacoby talked about above.
