Greetings;
I'm not sure if this has already been suggested, I'd search but I'm not sure what to search as I don't know if i have the terminology right etc etc.
I find it difficult to mix vocals in my music in LMMS, as the easiest way to add my vocals is by using a Sample Track, and I much appreviate that in the 1.2.0-rc5 release Sample Tracks have been improved drastically, but because I cannot route a sample track to one of the other channels in the mixer, I can't really monitor the literal volume of the track very well. This has lead people to criticise my vocal mixing stating such things as "they are too loud", having a visual representation of the volume of my sample track would help me balance out the mix a lot more.
In addition, this would also allow me to use a vocoder on vocals a lot more easily.
Sorry if I am repeating something that has already been posted before, as I said, I'm not sure my terminology is correct and therefore searching something incorrectly will give a lacking of results.
Kindest regards
