Third thumbs up on that... Just make it part of the generic instrument control tabs, as it shouldn't be specific only to the triple-oscillator. Ditto for pan.
Thus we have a generic instrument controller envelope and LFO for:
(x) volume
(x) cut-off
(x) resonance
(_) pitch
(_) pan
Anything else missing on that list?
Oh and try go get those to work on all instruments. There's probably some way to feed that data through to VSTi channels and such. If it can be helped, there should be no reason why some instruments have those controls supported and others don't. (It's a little annoying when you want to make a quick adjustment to those on something like a ZynAddSubFX based instrument, but have to dig in deep to that synth's control set for a minor tweak.)
