Hi! LMMS is awesome, I love it! Thanks to developers!
I would like to propose 2 features and 1 bug report:

1. [Bug] Samples/Projects directories in the left menu (Windows users). It's possible to add symbolic link there, but inner directories of symbolic link cannot be expanded recursively (hidden contents).

2. [Feature] User can play either Song or Piano Roll. While playing in the Song mode, there is no moving cursor in Piano Roll. While playing in the Piano Roll mode, you cannot hear a total composition (how this pattern works in the real context). I found that I often want both: play and edit in Piano Roll, while listening to the total Song context. (Length of the Piano Roll and its occurence in the Song defines a selection area for playing.)

3. [Feature] Specify a center point for zooming by mouse cursor (just like in Audacity). So you getting closer to a selected point. Navigation would be faster and more convenient.

Thanks in advance!

-A few rules and useful forum instructions

True! but afaik Samples do allow subfolders in 1.2.1(?)
But some of the advanced win10 folder-options are yet to be implemented. You 'bug' is actually more a type of request :)
2. [Feature] While playing in the Piano Roll mode, you cannot hear a total composition
Yes you can :) You need to use the correct button for it

Atm we do not have zooming of any editor. We only have scaling of grid, witch in 'a way' makes a 'zoom', because the elements on screen looks larger, but it is not real zooming, its scaling, and it does only affect the elements inside the editors, not text or other graphics.
This is however 'planned', but not scheduled. You can see plans for LMMS' 2.0 on gitHub
