a speech synthesizer plugin

i would like there to be a speech synthesizer
it would make things easier for vocals
also there should be more guitar presets and also a mircophone function so i can record things

U can download a few soundfonts for a replacement on guitar presets. Microphone function will be added according to a developer in future versions (might take long since lmms doesnt have much devs)

If you mean "text-to-vocal-singing", then i only have seen one plugin that could do that: Plogue Alta-ego -Cost money.
If you on the other hand mean what you wrote "a speech synthesizer", then there are a multitude of those, like:
