I want to be able to have the time signature change mid-song without completely altering the track. whenever I try to add a time signature change mid-song it stretches out the measures and causes tons of overlap and its overall just a mess. I want to be able to make a song with multiple time signatures. Please fix the time signature system

That is not possible, and it does not change anything at all
Time signature is only a visual aid. Your music is sounding 100% identical in every time.signature you can chose
