I have these separate Amen Break sample parts, but i do not wanna waste multiple tracks. SlicerT wastes up even more notes 😭 and i don't want to change DAWs 😫
Probably in the next nightly, might get a chance to get those in a MIDI controller input option on AFP (AudioFileProcessor) or SlicerT 😑

The second picture is just a demo of what it could look like.

since nobody responds, i had this cool idea of drum racks (like in Ableton) which you can throw in drums, or samples in general in lmms 😁 because i had these Amen Break sample parts and i didn't want to waste tracks.
The attachment is what the option might look like.

Afaics you have these samples inside song-editor?
Why do you not use Pattern-editor?
https://docs.lmms.io/user-manual/3-navigating-lmms/3.8
Sure you still need tracks in song-editor, but that is not wasteful at all
Beats belongs in Pattern-editor.
thanks :) and a bug also: :!: when you open a pattern in the editor, it appears blank, now you can fix this if you right click the pattern and click open in editor. :!: (LMMS 1.3.0 Betas Only ❗❗❗)

Not sure about this.
There are no markings in a new pattern in editor before you have enabled any tick, eg lit a 'tab' by clicking on it.
Opening the pattern in piano-roll will also show a blanc pattern until you have enabled one, does that explain it?
