This may be a bit outgoing but it would be a very good idea. If there was an alternative to soundfonts that was open source and that was used by lmms there would be more variety to what it would have to offer and could help in making lmms more popular than it already is. And just like the share songs feature there could be a section for sharing the alternative to soundfonts.
