Remaking / Sampling a vocal sound

Questions about producing? Ask them here.
Hey everyone! This is my first post here and I'm also an LMMS and music producer beginner... (I do know basics though) :)

Detailed Explanation

I am currently remixing a song from a video game with the help of a MIDI file. This song that I'm remaking has very unique vocals which don't sound like that they are saying words in particular. So I decided that I would try to remake them within my current project. This is the song that I'm trying to remix:

As said before, the vocals in this song are very strange. They are mostly gibberish or literally just sounds made by a probably computer-generated voice. However, I just don't know where I'm going to start to remake this vocal and its "lyrics".

Another thing which I thought could also help me is sampling. Even though this song doesn't have a version without these vocals, this game used some samples from random songs. Which leads me to think that maybe the vocals of this song are sampled from something as well maybe? And if yes, does anyone know or have a lead on where this song's vocals are sampled from? If all else fails, I could also try sampling this song itself and getting the vocals but a lot of instruments are in the way, so I kind of need some sort of crash course to help me how...

Summary

Here's a summary as well, but I recommend that you read the whole explanation as well:
  • Remake vocals from the song linked OR
  • Find original source of vocals if any OR
  • Sample the vocals from the song itself
Thanks for all the help! :D

Now the link leads to a 30 mins long file, but i guess it is the first track? -Always use a time-stamp, when linking to files :)
I believe what is used is formants
That is a filter, that shapes sound into voice-similar audio-structure.
You can find many VSTs that can create formants, but so can zynADDsubFX in LMMS
I have made tutorials about using the advanced zynADDsubFX filters, including formants
You find that tut here,

but you may need to see the previous zynADDsubFX tutorials also
That series starts here

Thanks for the reply and sorry about that my friend! :( I'm going to show you the time stamps on which parts I'm talking about. Mainly, the first part as you said and there is this part https://youtu.be/hg0KyCrmW88?t=19 Not sure if you have already heard them but there are those "weh" sounds. If you would like any more details of any form please do ask me as well. :)

Anyways, I'll take a look at the links you've shown me and thanks for the help again! :D
