How to Get Monstro from Instrument Plugins' to 'My Presets'?

Just saw a tutorial where someone was using a sound called "Phat" and it was under "Monstro" in "My Presets", but I only see it in Instrument Plugins. I've tried looking it up multiple different ways and cannot find anything. Any help is appreciated.

So what can you see in MyPresets if not a list of the instruments from AudioFileProcessor through Monstro to ZynAdSubFX? They all came as standard in my LMMS 1.1.3 on Win 7 or 10.
