So I'm trying to create something like this (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BZNgKZMRpsM) starts at 0:00 and is on through most of the song.

Any tips? Thanks a bunch.

Do you want to get a similar sound to the piano that appears at the beginning of the track?

That is a very high pitch xylophone, or an 'ice-droplet', but it is phased!
Its the phasing that creates that 'slip' in tonality
In default lmms, the 'closest' is Ice Rhodes2 in zasfx, but you need to phase the sound, and shorten it
But many banks in Synth1 has a 'ice' 'something', that is true for many other vsts too
Ice Rhodes sound?
Yeah, I agree with what bear said.
You might easily find a free preset like that, for Synth 1.
