frequency mdulation of a bref sound over a non-bref period

Hello,

On Audacity, I imported a short distorted guitar sound which I modulated the frequency linearly over a non-brief duration.

Here is the initial brief sound of distorted guitar:

Here is the sound whose frequency has been modulated over a non-brief period:

I can not achieve this same work on LMMS from the first short sound!

Can I help ? Can anyone explain to me ?

Thank you for your help

a short sounds frequency , modulated linearly over a non-brief other sounds duration. (?)

Hmm.. that.. is
Not sure we can do that. Afaiu it would need a audio player, where two sounds are played simultaneous, and sound1 shoud be modulated linearly by the length of sound2 ..
A damn advanced sampler, may be able to, but as of now, no sampler works in lmms, (except in linux).

Were you trying to recreate that sound, with one of lmms' internal synth making plugins?
If so, which one were you using? eg. triple oscillator, or monstro etc.

Or were you using, a 3rd party vst? eg. synth 1 or serum etc.

Also, welcome to the lmms forums sunbear. :D
