I see many songs from the demo LMMS projects without equalizers, compressors and in the end the music sounds good, how is this possible? The music is mixed mastered or not? ... strange ...

Are you talking about open source projects, or exported soundfiles?
The projects, they cant be 'mastered', you have a situation of wyhiwyg, everything can be analysed!
For the soundfiles things are different, but how would you know, what has been done to the instruments.
In fact -what i think you should do, is to upload one of your projects, that you are unhappy with, and let us do a analysis on that

They probably did, a good bit of volume balancing.
