Mick Gordon's transformer question

Questions about producing? Ask them here.
I would like to transform the sound input like this in the video:
https://youtu.be/1g-7-dFXOUU?t=209

So, based on input how can I parametrically transform the sound using sine and Laplace with lmms. How can I do that?

If he could do this in a DAW with plugins, i doubt he would have gear for $*1000
Properly you need the same studio-gear as he uses, and then you need a college-degree in sound-engineering ..i guess (?)

That effect can be found in Audacity.

Audacity is a free audio editting software, that many of us, use with lmms.
Check it out, whenever you have time. There is also a portable version of it too.
I saw this effect in Audacity too.

I was wondering how to achieve the same in lmms?
