equilbre vst not working

Hi everyone! I'm new on LMMS, i have a question for you
I downloaded the "Equilibre" fx from internet and i put the .dll file in the plugins directory as shown in the setting of lmms but i can't find the fx in the fx chain when i click on "add fx". how can i solve this?

All FX-plugins should be in the folder ..\plugins
If you installed LMMS in C:\, then the default path to your plugins would be C:\LMMS\plugins.
Try that.

Not all FX-vsts-plugins works in lmms, but several very good EQs does -Have you noticed the Advanced LMMS-EQ?
