I cant say -Can you upload a midi-file with a precise bend from say A4 to A5, then it can be investigated
how do i automate song tempo
Tempo-automation is just as any other feature. Drag the BPM into an automation track, and (OBS) set progression to a non-linear shape!

and how do i set song tempo to useful values like
>>> 440*2**(7./12)*60/2**8

I have no idea. I guess you need to recalculate those values to BPM, but i have no knowledge in guitar theory.
