Speakers for monitoring

Hello,

I am looking for guidance on whether you think these speakers will do in place of professional studio monitors, I cannot afford to buy monitors but I have these from system I bought 20+ years ago.

It was an expensive system at the time and produced by Panasonic (Company responsible for the world renowned ‘Technic 1210’s’ Vinyl turntables)

I will do, but having never used Monitors before, i have no reference point to compare them with.

I have researched studio monitors, and what i have appears to be close to having the same attributes.

Bi Amp driven
Crossover at critical frequencies
Individual cones for each job

I also intend to hook them up to a powered mixer that has THD (Total Harmonic Distortion) of 0.005%

From what i have researched, this seems to be pretty close to what Monitors would do for me anyway.
