Creating "Donk Bass" by Triple Oscillator(FM-Mode) But Noisy

Nice to meet you.

I'm searching around how to create "Donk Bass" in LMMS.

* Donk Bass : Mainly used in Scouse House , Russian Hardbass.

I knew that "Donk Bass" can make by FM-Synthesizers (e.g Sytrus,SERUM etc).

I tried create "Donk Bass" by Triple Oscillator.
(OSC1:Sinewave , Osc2:Sinewave OSC1+OSC2 = FM , OSC3:OFF)

But Triple Oscillator FM-Mode always makes unbearable to hear noise.

I found information like this problem.

FM: Shifts the frequency. It works, and it's cool what you can do with it, but it has a problem. Hate saying it, but the implementation for this one is a bit shitty. Mostly because the range scaling isn't good. (Really needs a 1/100 toggle.) Can only use up to 3% or so on input before output becomes garbage. So very little volume must be set on the previous oscillator.

Should I use another plugin like Opulenz,Monstro etc?
Here's a great Opulenz preset, study it. Also if you use it, give credits to the author

Thank you for sharing!
I listened that and felt "This is it!".

But Opulenz sound is always very small in Windows10.

I'm also wondering if I can create a Donk with ZynAddSubFX.

I have to inspect if ZynAddSubFX implements FM-modulation.

Donks are really just a rough found-sound, that (as you said) scottish and also russian producers added to existing tracks, and re-released or performed in clubs, as 'Donk-versions'. Completely wild-west and not legal at all. Noone in Glasgow or Moskau gave that a second thought. So you can use just about anything to make a Donk-track. FM-modulation is not a must. Instruments that does not have FM-modulation can also be used.
Kicker is almost too obvious. It is almost made for this.
You can use AudioFileProcessor (AFP) If you have a found-sound, but most important, you can use all the FX-pluins too!
One of the most interesting FX-plugins is our Wave-shaper, that is perfect for Donks.
We also have zynaddsubfx (zasfx) It has FM modulation.

Do you mean that Opulenz has a inferior output?
Try using amplifiers on the FX-tab
Thank you for your all kindness and useful informations!

So I will make sure to myself comply with the rules of this forum.

Thank you both.
My problem has been solved.
