So while i was working on my project, i accidentally double-clicked the tab bar on the beats/baseline editor, and its stuck in full screen.

If i understand you, then you have maximized the beat/baseline editor-interfase. That is easy to fix.
You can always toggle all windows with the function-keys 5-9! Those are the swap interfase hot-buttons.
If you have maximixed a window, you undo that by clicking in the topmost right on the normal window controll-buttons -The one you ned to click, is the one showing two-pieces of paper, not the 'x', that will close the window, but not float it.
