How important is loudness in your (semi-)mastered tracks?

Very important. All the pros are having their tracks mastered out loud. It's the industry standard.

I'll keep some of the dynamics, but I also want some loudness.

Dynamics are far more important. The audience should turn up the volume on their end if they want loudness.

I don't really care. I just make my tracks sound good at the end and that's it.

I'd say it's very important.
Especially in cases where you make a good song, you want it to be loud enough on default, for the listener.
So that he/she, would not have to turn up the volume alot, just to listen to it.

Also, these days, we have alot of lazy gamers and believe it or not, lazy music listeners. :P
Who find, that turning up the volume/volume knob,.....is tiring. Lol! :P
Volume/Loudness normalization should also be taken in consideration. Youtube has this sort of thing, which makes loudness maximizing during the mastering process a little less relevant.
