What musikbear means, is like for eg. 34 secs to 56 secs.
Or 40 ses to 50 secs.
That helps us pick out the sound easier. I hope you understand. :)

Its a dead 'simple' std saw, perhaps a little bit of square to make it 'airy'
But you could definately start with something like 3oc 'Rough' or you can take one of the supersaws in zynaddsubfx and perhaps let go a bit tougher.
Many presets from Synth1 is next to indiscriminating from this one, but there is a 'trick' in the video: Tapestops are used!
Tapestop is where it kind of 'shifts frequency' in a sweeping fashion.
You can find tapestop plugin-effects, but you can also create the effect this way:
