Okay from 1:10 secs and ends where? Give us an ending timestamp.
eg. 1:10 secs to 1:18 secs.

A kazoo is a analogue 'instrument' sound that actually is a sophistication of putting thin paper around a comb, and humming with lips pressed against the wrap -Almost ancient stuff :p
The kazoo-instrument removes the nasty tickle on the lips

But the sound is complicated. One of the best lmms instruments would be the LB302, because it has some of the harshness and offer slide
The slide is subtle in your link, but its there.
But you could also choose to find a kazoo-VST, just search a page like myVST, and make sure the VST is ok in lmms
