Vocal chops, working with vocals, and future bass help.

Phew! Big title right? Well, that's like, half of it.

I have no idea how to make vocal chops, and would like to learn how to, cuz they're awesome. On the vocals note, how hard is mixing a capella into a song in LMMS? I have a friend who is interested in doing some vocals, which is why I asked the vocal chops question. Because anymore, if you have a singer, you have to chop it up, am I right?

And I want to do it in a future bass style, because...I...like it, this may sound weird, but it sounds purple and pink and green to me (A.K.A Bright ) That, and them wob chords are pretty nice too.

Any tips on future bass?

Also, how hard it is it to record something with decent quality?
Recording vocals - use Audacity. Decent quality depends on the microphone and sound card. Or if you have a good smartphone they will often do reasonable quality recordings. Better quality with an add-on microphone.

You can do all sorts of chopping and slicing in Audacity too, then save as individual samples and import them into LMMS. But's not something I've ever tried. Not my style ;).
