Newbie wants to learn

I'm newbie here and I have almost no idea about LMMS. The thing is that I'm not interested in dubsteb, techno and related, but extreme metal. Specially about black metal (examples: 1 2 3). What do you recommend me to read and see?

I've heard about the TripleOscillator's SEGuitar and Erazzor. What's that?
