I'm always, in anything I do, inspired by Alan Walker (https://m.soundcloud.com/alanwalker). He's just too...wow?
Other artists I'm inspired by are Ahrix (https://m.soundcloud.com/ahrix), K-391(https://m.soundcloud.com/k-391) and Basshunter (https://m.youtube.com/user/basshunter) (that hardstyle tho).
I look up to an artist named Hinkik. Link to Youtube Channel ---> https://www.youtube.com/user/HinkikProductions
I now updated my style.
I look up mostly to the HM/HM2 tracks crew.
Like Carpenter Brut, M.O.O.N., Magna and so on.
https://soundcloud.com/madeon He is just amazing and its his songs that got me to make music.
Man.......I may be putting too much pressure with trying to emulate these guys, lol

I fell in love with his production style from the first time I heard one of his tracks, and I feel my style has been similar, past, if not now, and listening to his tracks, religiously, lol, i learned a couple techniques from him.

Another guy that, blends atmospheric tonality, with chrisp sound design. His production style is kinda simple and follows a consistent pattern when you take a hard listen, but he really knows how to revamp a melody and create a stuck in your head type of song.

;) ..............I know I will nvr be as good as him, but his music is to die for, I can't believe his style, his sound design is on another level, and I truly believe he is the most unique producer right now, plus he can make any genre.
The first inspirational artist coming to my mind is Boards of Canada

They are so fantastic

The first piece of music I've made was on Fruity Loops to reproduce this song
I find inspirations in odd places, but for music specifically I'm a die hard Owl City fan.
I'm surprised no one mentioned him yet.

He's a vary unique, talented and especially versatile artist.

Here's some examples.

I also am a few of a few smaller people, namely brony musicians.
Yeah, I know I'm weird for it, but they're awesome too.
This one in specific is what got me into making music in the first place.

The Nintendo guys, who did the Metroid Prime 1 game OST.
Great music.
I'm trying to get something unique, but this 'unique' is trying to smell like:
Pendulum -- drum'n'bass, dubstep & electrohouse (last album), electronic rock
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8mYd2X_9rrs -- Crush
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GchMBkdpyf4 -- Mutiny
Knife Party's works -- electrohouse, some dubstep works
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e-IWRmpefzE -- Bonfire - drumstep
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3GG4Oi-bxEc -- Battle Sirens (2016) & Tom Morello
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fPslvBVqJp8 -- Internet Friends (Unofficial music Video)
Celldweller & Blue Stahli without guitar and with more wobbles and growls -- synthpunk (or electropunk, i don't know)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_FtNRPEQ46k -- Celldweller (Louder Than Words)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w4A7AEN02cM -- Celldweller (Switchback)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5raCE5o3m1M -- Blue Stahli (Ready Aim Fire)
