I'm just beginning to learn how to use zynaddsubfx so I don't need to depend on presets, as good as they are. Lots to learn. The LMMS documentation is helpful but as it says, it does not cover everything about this very powerful synth. I found these links about the synth which are from the source.

There's truckloads of helpful documentation about how to use LMMS in the official documentation. I have been reviewing that and also looking for the most helpful videos. There are truckloads of videos about LMMS on YouTube.

In particular, I came across this YouTube channel by Stefan Harth which I think is excellent. It's in German but even if you do not understand German you may find it interesting.

Just one other recommendation. There are many books about making electronic music. I have found the following most helpful for the basics. Both are published by Roland. A Foundation for Electronic Music and the two parts of Practical Synthesis for Electronic Music.

Happy New Year!
