Free Film Music Samples

Anything that doesn't fit into other topics goes here!
Hi everyone,

I want to create great sounding film music, but need some free sample packs! Could somebody help me?

I want good cinematic orchestral samples that can mimic something made by Hans Zimmer, Thomas Newman, etc.

Thanks, I'm looking forward to hear from the awesome people around here... :D

I wont say that good samples is not important for that, but they will not be enough. The instruments in lmms can be used for every kind of music, also the kind you desire. But it takes a -lot- of work!
No sample-pack can give you huge sound, only huge effort will.
You could start with learning about sound-synthesis and most important EQing. This i have a tut about:

Start with the basics, and that goes for making melodies. Then after you master that, you can try to mimic huge stars in production - at least imo

Thanks musikbear for your warm welcome and great answer! I agree that I should start with the basics and then work from there...

Thanks again,
