Hy everyone I'm trying to create some western music like spaghetti western soundtracks. How can I play the classic whistle and guitar in the background?

Acoustic Guitar is surprisingly complex, you need to work with velosity and hit/miss of strings. I made a proof-of-concept for guitar some times ago, but this short piece took hours!

It is the tedious need for manual adjustment of every single notes velocity, that is the nervy thing in this, but thats exactly what happens when a human run the strings: Individual variations. A DAW is really very unsuited for it... :(
But with l o t s of work and patience, you can.
DO SAVE O F T E N!

Whistle is also a humanized thing, and you will have to add some randomness to the vibrator in the pitch and expression, iow use LFO and a random wave-shape, but that will also be difficult to emulate.
PCs are amazing, but emulating human imperfection, is actually most difficult for a program
