Hrm? you should totally be able to block people on Soundcloud. There should be an option to report them, and their PM's by their account in a toolbar

General rule of thumb--always look at whoever follows you. If you suspect it's a bot, block and report it for spam. Keeps my inbox and my comments free of crap in my experience.

Yes. Basically in the millennial times where people are eager for money and some members of the humanity are getting poorer. And a bunch of scams going right away, especially if they have links included immediately
